“There Were Space Flowers. They Were Pink.”
Child describes florid, floral dreamscape
At breakfast this morning, Kina really seemed into last night’s dream—a vision clearly drawn both from the stories her mother told her about space yesterday and from the tulips for which Kina traded some of her art. As noted in our last edition, and in on older issue, we have no way of really knowing if this dream really happened, but it seems fanciful enough that I want to believe it did, and I can only pray that I one day dream about pink space flowers. It would be a lot more enjoyable than the chaotic abandoned water park dream I actually had last night. You had to be there, but you’re glad you weren’t.
Here’s hoping you all get galactic tulips and highly efficacious vaccines in the coming days. I got one of those two things this afternoon and I’m already mildly beat, so a short one today. Enjoy the Bert portrait!
