It has been ZERO days since Kina kicked me in the face. I keep telling her not to whack me with the bony part of her heel, and while this is obviously because I do not want her to break my nose, it is also because I want her as an adult to remember that, in a pinch, she can use the bony part of her heel to break somebody’s nose. Build the skill, regulate the behavior. Parenting!
