While I love to come up with nicknames for the child, I think Laurea has captured Kina’s true essence here, and I have to hand it to her.
I was mansplaining ribollita to Laurea, who was planning to make ribollita for dinner. It was delicious, though I think understanding the historical context played a significant role in that.
She only picked one cherry blossom and one dandelion, which I chalk up to weeks of preparation and focused messaging. Kina’s favorite part was “the hill”.
I think Kina stole this from Futura, who was herself once ignoyed by Kina. What goes around comes around, kids.
