What happened to the other two sandwiches?

I tried to ask Kina this question after we made this shocking discovery, and she looked off into the distance, puzzled, while counting on her fingers and purporting to be distracted by her afternoon gymnastics class. A mystery! Perhaps we should ask the person who was found inspecting the ice cream sandwich box at six in the morning, whose sole interest was (we are certain of it) ensuring that the last remaining ice cream sandwich was left intact.
