How do you explain traditions to a kid who barely knows routines? All I know is that I ate pasta tonight with Kina for Daddy-Daughter Time, read a special book that only the two of us read, and tucked her in with a story about Baby Rainbow Unicorn and Nicola, as told by a bird. Traditions she can live with, as long as you don’t talk about ‘em.
p.s. Working on reading skills, so we might start to see relatively inconsequential headlines in the bottom left. Use them with your pre-literate child or other small animal!
